Naked Harvest – Southern Highlands Brewing

REVIEW:

It’s almost that time of the month when I receive a new members subscription box from Craft Cartel, so I best be finishing off the beers I got last month! Sometimes there just aren’t enough hours in a day to drink all the beers!

Any way, next up is Southern Highlands Brewing Naked Harvest Australian Blonde Ale. Well, you had me at “naked” and “blonde”… but that’s another story 😉

What they say: Our easy drinking refreshing Australian Blonde Ale. Made with a good whack of wheat malt and noble hops. Why Naked? Well its up to you!

Australian Blonde is a clean crisp refreshing light bodied ale with medium to high carbonation and light spice from late additions of noble hops.

What I say: Sometimes when you read the can and then try the beer, you raise an eyebrow or two (or is that just me?), but these guys have described their beer perfectly.

It pours a straw yellow with a slight haze. It’s sweet, crisp, refreshing, and light. Medium carbonation, little to no bitterness, and a hint of spice. Definitely easy to drink… nice!

But what would I know? I’m just a guy that loves great beer 😊🍺
