480P Pale Ale – Pixel Brewing
REVIEW:
It’s Day #3 of the Beer Cartel Advent Calendar, and for me it is my first beer from Pixel Brewing , a gypsy brewing company based in Sydney.
I really love the can art and it brought back fond memories of Golden Eye on the N64. Here we go with 480P Pale Ale!
What they say: Heavily late hopped with Citra hops, this is a tropical fruit & citrus forward American Pale Ale balanced by a hint of sweetness from the small amount crystal malt added to the grist.
What I say: A really fruity hoppy pale ale, with a nice balance of hops and malt… and by that I mean malt takes the back seat. It has a nice citrus zing and medium bitterness. I’m really enjoying this!
But what would I know? I’m just a guy that loves great beer 😊🍺
