Day #22 of the Beer Cartel Advent Calendar! The legends at Deeds Brewing are releasing some absolute bangers of late, and this one looks like being no exception. Time to work Double Time – Galaxy DDH Pale!
What they say: This double dry hopped pale invokes a moderate bitterness backed by the creamy body of oats and wheat, pouring with a slight haze. Single hopped with a heavy dose of Galaxy at 8g per litre, providing a full on aroma and notes of passionfruit and citrus. Brewed and canned exclusively for Beer Cartel’s 2019 Advent Calendar.
What I say: Naw yeah! That’s more like it. Pours light and hazy. Like they said, lots of passionfruit and citrus, nice bitterness, creamy and smooth. No carbonation problems with my can, bloody delicious!
But what would I know? I’m just a guy that loves great beer 😊🍺
