My Name is Red – Bay Rd Brewing

REVIEW:

The legends at Bay Rd Brewing have done it again with a quadruple release of new beers this week. My pick of the bunch is this sensational Double Sour called My Name Is Red! Just look at that color! And the amazing label art by Nicholas Robinson (bluethumb.com.au).

What they say: First you’ll see RED, then a sweet, candy hit of raspberry on the nose. Pucker-up, this intense Double Sour is tart and dry to finish. 😜

What I say: Like I said, just look at that amazing color! This thing looks amaze-balls! It has raspberry aroma and flavor out the wazoo, no doubt thanks to a shed load of “red candy sticks”! There is also plenty of of that sherbet-y tart goodness as you’d expect from a sour. This thing is bloody delicious and if you wanna try it you better get in quick as it will be gone in the next couple days!

P.S. I don’t work for Bay Rd, I’m just their unofficial #1 fan!

But what would I know? I’m just a guy that loves great beer 😊🍺
